The Chapin Chamber of Commerce Staff

Meet the President

My name is Paul Sadler and I’m the President and CEO of the Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce. I am thrilled to be a part of this growing community. We are blessed to live and work in an area with such great business owners, leaders, educators, and citizens who share in the success of our community. Together we can do more and make our community stronger.

I have lived in the Chapin community for 3 years and prior to that I lived in Irmo; just down the road. I have a lovely wife (Amanda) of 17 years, 2 children (Addison and Ethan) who attend Chapin schools, and 3 pups. We are an active family who love to take spontaneous trips to the beach or mountains. It’s great living in a community where both of those areas of our state are easily accessible.

Prior to my arrival at the Chamber, I worked with the YMCA of Columbia and served as the Executive Director for the Lexington Family YMCA and the Ballentine Family YMCA. During my time at the Y, I was an active partner of the Chapin Chamber. It was during that time that I fell in love with this community.

I am looking forward to serving you in my role and meeting all the wonderful people of Chapin. My door is always open and I welcome you to stop by the chamber house anytime.

Joey Parks

Director of Events and Programs

My name is Joey Parks, and I’m the Director of Events and Programs for the Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce. I’m thrilled to be part of this vibrant community, where business leaders, educators, and residents collaborate to make a meaningful impact. Chapin is a wonderful place to live and work, and I’m dedicated to organizing events and programs that foster connections, support local businesses, and strengthen our community.

I’ve called South Carolina home since 2021, after moving from my hometown in north Georgia. My wife, Sierra, and I married in 2022 and recently welcomed our first child, a daughter named Lany, in November 2024. Sierra, a Chapin native and special education teacher at Spring Hill High School, has deep roots in the area, and we’re excited to move back to Chapin in the near future. As a new family of three, we enjoy spending time with our loved ones, cheering on UGA and USC, attending concerts, and exploring new experiences together.

Before joining the Chamber, I held roles focused on community-building, leadership, and creating impactful experiences that bring people together. These opportunities shaped my passion for fostering connections and coordinating events that inspire and engage.

I’m honored to serve in this role and look forward to meeting the incredible people who make Chapin so special. My door is always open—please feel free to reach out or stop by anytime!

Tracey Wilkes

Executive Administrative Assistant

Hello, my name is Tracey Wilkes and I am the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President/CEO of the Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce. I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina near Forest Acres.  I grew up enjoying city life in Richland County and lake life in Lexington County with my family as a young tot through my teenage years.  My fondest memories as a child were going fishing with my Dad and listening to his Big Fish stories as he animated them for us. We spent our summer weekends at Snelgrove’s Landing and at the Lake Murray Dam.  After graduation, I moved to Fairfield County with my family, fell in love with the countryside, started a family, who loves the outdoors and then I pursued a career in environmental management.  While living in Fairfield County, we enjoyed swimming, fishing and camping at Lake Murray’s-Billy Dreher Island State park in Newberry County, Lake Wateree and Lake Monticello in Fairfield county.  During my career, when my children were teens, we relocated to Lexington on Lake Murray.  I have 2 amazing children, a Son (daughter in law) and a Daughter who are great parents to my four fun-loving grandchildren, 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson, who all call me Nona.

The Chapin Chamber house feels like home and the staff like family.  I look forward to serving and representing the Greater Chapin Chamber of Commerce with enthusiasm.

Please feel free to reach out to me or stop in and say ‘”hello.”
