The Chapin Chamber of Commerce welcomed Eagle Beach to Chapin last week.  The tanning salon, owned by Michelle Estridge and Emily Reinhart, opened in Chapin at 203 Amicks Ferry Road.  Friends, Chamber members, and County Councilman Johnny Jeffcoat were present for the new venture’s ribbon cutting.
